Preconception women aged 18-35 years; Overweight and class 1 obese women; Non slimming drug users; Without special diet; Lack of regular physical activity
Exclusion criteria: History of physical and known mental disease; Psychomotor disability; Addiction or habitual smokers and alcohol users
