Inclusion Criteria
low birth weight babies weighing 1500 g to 2500 g getting admitted to nursery from delivery room
Exclusion Criteria
1.Infants who require prolonged resuscitation for more than 10 minutes
2.Major congenital anomalies like Exomphalos major,Gastroschisis,Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia
3.Exomphalos minor
4.Congenital skin disorders like Epidermolysis Bullosa,congenital Icthyosis
5.Lack of parental consent
