- •patients of age group 18-65 yrs, of both genders, newly diagnosed cases of psychosis falling under icd 10- f20-f29 criteria
排除标准
- •patients already on antipsychotics, obese patients, patients of diabetes mellitus, patients of CVS disorder and dyslipidemia, renal and hepatic failure, pregnancy and lactation, patients on antiepileptics,ocp, antiparkansonian drugs, steroids, beta blockers or agents which cause weight gain.
