2.ASA- I and III
3.Patients undergoing spine surgery ( intraspinal tumors, tethered spinal cord, spinal cord stenosis, fracture of the vertebral body, scoliosis correction, ossification of the posterior spinal ligament ) with TceMEP monitoring
4.Patients with bilateral upper and lower limb motor function >=4/5 grade of Medical Research Council (MRC) Scale
1.severe cardiovascular diseases (such as heart block, heart failure, left ventricular dysfunction)
2. significant pulmonary, renal, hepatic or neuromuscular disease,
3.contraindications for MEP monitoring such as epilepsy, cortical lesion, raised intracranial tension, cardiac diseases, intracranial electrodes, vascular clips/shunts,
4. history of chronic alcohol use
5.Anaemia , Hb <= 10gm/dl
6.defined allergy to any of study drugs
7.BMI >30 kg/m2

Name Time Method 1.To assess the effect of ketamine and dexmedetomidine infusion on amplitude of MEP <br/ ><br>2.To assess the effect of ketamine and dexmedetomidine infusion on latency of MEP <br/ ><br>Timepoint: intraoperative period at 30 minutes interval and at the end of surgical intervention
