Exclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Score 3 or more
Drug addiction
Taking psychiatric medications
History of allergy to used drugs

Name Time Method Sedation score. Timepoint: Every five minutes during colonoscopy and recovery. Method of measurement: Ramsay sedation scale.;Pain severity. Timepoint: Once in recovery time. Method of measurement: Wong-Baker FACES Pain Rating Scale.
