  • •septic patients who have an increase serum creatinine \>\=0\.3 mg/dL from their baseline

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. eGFR \< 15 ml/min/1\.73m2
  • •2\. Pregnancy
  • •3\. Kidney transplantation
