Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Closed simple displaced olecranon fracture (Mayo classification type IIA)
- •2\. Age 18 \- 75 years old
- •3\. No neurovascular injury
- •4\. The time of injury within 2 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Open fracture of olecranon
- •2\. Pathological fracture
- •3\. Polytrauma with other associated fracture
- •4\. Presence of open physis
- •5\. Previous fracture or surgery at ipsilateral elbow
- •6\. Patients with communicating problem such as cognitive impairment
- •7\. Involuntary participate in research
