- •1. Closed simple displaced olecranon fracture (Mayo classification type IIA)
- •2. Age 18 - 75 years old
- •3. No neurovascular injury
- •4. The time of injury within 2 weeks
排除标准
- •1. Open fracture of olecranon
- •2. Pathological fracture
- •3. Polytrauma with other associated fracture
- •4. Presence of open physis
- •5. Previous fracture or surgery at ipsilateral elbow
- •6. Patients with communicating problem such as cognitive impairment
- •7. Involuntary participate in research
