Inclusion Criteria
  1. Age = 18 years;<br>2) Patients proposed for laparoscopic cholecystectomy;<br>3) BMI of 18-30 kg/m2;<br>4) ASA classification I to III;<br>5) Signing of informed consent Voluntarily.
Exclusion Criteria
  1. Second or third degree atrioventricular block, sick sinus node syndrome (except patients with artificial pacemakers) ;<br>2)Patients with pulmonary disease with bronchial stenosis or bronchospasm (such as asthma);<br>3)Patients with hypersensitivity to adenosine;<br>4)Persons with communication disorders that prevent them from cooperating with the researcher, such as language comprehension disorders, psychiatric disorders;<br>5)Those who have had a heart attack or cerebral infarction within six months;<br>6)Pregnant or lactating women;<br>7)Infection at the acupuncture point injection site;<br>8)History of analgesic medication for a continuous period of 3 months prior to enrollment;<br>9) Other conditions that considered inappropriate for inclusion by the investigators.<br><br>
