Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Men and women from 18 to 80 years
  • •1\.5\= serum Creatinin or GFR\=60ml/min
  • •Blood pressure less than 140/90 mmhg
  • •Platelet count within normal range

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with uncontrolled blood pressure
  • •Patients with one kidney
  • •Patients with small kidneys
  • •In case of hydronephrosis or pyonephrosis
  • •If there is kidney cancer
  • •Patients with active urinary tract infection
  • •Patients with coagulation disorders
  • •Patients with severe obesity
  • •Patients with Cr\<1\.5 mg/dl or GFR\>60ml/min
