Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing Head and Neck surgeries under General Anaesthesia
1) 18yr - 60yr
2) ASA PS class 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients with history of chronic pain
2) Known history of hypersensitivity to vitamin C
3) Psychiatry patients
4) Those who cannot understand and respond to pain assessment
5) Patients on mechanical ventilation or not extubated
