入排标准
入选标准
- •? Inclusion criteria : Participants must meet the following
- •criteria for inclusion in the study:
- •(1\) Age 50 years and above
- •(2\) Those who have morning stiffness to last less than 30 minutes
- •(3\) Applicable for VAS 4\-7
- •(4\) Kellgren\-Lawrence grade 2\-3 on knee X\-ray.
- •(5\) Those who have knee pain to last at least 3 months.
- •(6\) Voluntary participants only.
排除标准
- •? Participants will be excluded from
- •the study if they meet any of the following criteria:
- •(1\) Those who had previous knee surgery for knee OA or other injuries
- •(2\) Those who had previous intraarticular injection(steroid or hyaluronic
- •acid) or prolotherapy within last three months.
- •(3\) Those with serious psychiatric problems.
- •(4\) Those who need steroid or nonsteroidal anti\-inflammatory medication to treat other diseases.
- •(5\) Those who have allergic skin disease, skin ulcer, skin infection.
- •(6\) Those who have diabetes with injection of insulin
- •(7\) Those who have uses of anticoagulant medication to treat other diseases.
