入选标准
- •1. Lumbar herniated intervertebral disc or spinal stenosis diagnosed by CT or MRI
- •2. Low back pain of at least 6-month duration
- •3. Aged 20–70 years
- •4. Ability to comprehend or express him/herself in the Korean language
- •5. Follow-up possible during the clinical trial
排除标准
- •1. Side effect and hypersensitive reaction to acupuncture treatment
- •2. Cauda equina syndrome, persistently exacerbated symptoms, progressive neurologic signs (i.e., sensory or motor changes)
- •3. Previous spine surgery
- •4. Neuromuscular scoliosis, neurodegenerative disease
- •5. Pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy
- •6. Senile dementia, impaired cognitive function or other cerebral disease, severe psychiatric or psychological disorders
- •7. Refusal to participate in the trial or provide informed consent
- •8. Alcohol/drug abuse
- •9. Abnormal finding on renal or hepatic function blood test
- •10. Individual deemed ineligible by the recruiting physician.
- •11. Anticoagulant medication
- •12. Subject inserting pacemaker
