入选标准
- •Anticipated ICU stay of at least 7 days
- •-Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score= 8 at the time of enrollment
排除标准
- •1.Patients with any known neuro-muscular diseases, such as myopathy, multiple sclerosis, or paraplegia
- •2.Amputated lower limbs
- •3.Patients with surgery on lower limbs
- •4.Patients who have been transferred from another hospital after a stay of 48 hours
- •5.Presence of tracheostomy on admission
- •6.History of ICU admission for at least 7 days in the last 3 months
