Patients in the context of preclinical emergency medical treatment
- Preclinical indications for securing the airway by endotracheal intubation (neurological deficit with risk of aspiration, unconsciousness, severe trauma with: RRsys <90mmHg, hypoxia <90% SpO2, SHT GCS <9, necessary airway securing for air transport, cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
- Patients over the age of 18
- Fulfill all criteria for using the video laryngoscope or Bougie according to the manufacturer's instructions
- If the condition of the patient allows, appropriate oral information
- Failure to meet an inclusion criterion
- Opting of the treating emergency doctor for another method of airway management
- Any other condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, makes the subject appear unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
