(1) Male healthy volunteer, aged 18-28 years, BMI: 19-24;
(2) No organic disease, no cardio cerebrovascular disease, no skeletal muscle system disease, no mental and psychological disease, no genetic disease and infectious disease, no drug dependence;
(3) The physical exercise experience was unremarkable;
(4) No history of smoking, no alcohol and coffee consumption in 3 weeks, no medication in 4 weeks before and during the trial;
(5) Had not received acupuncture treatment for nearly 3 months.
(1) Serious adverse reactions occurring during the trial;
(2) The intervention acupoints were locally broken, scarred or otherwise inoperable;
(3) People who consumed irritating foods such as alcohol, coffee and strong tea within 24 h;
(4) Inability to adhere to trial participation;
(5) Failure to operate as specified or incomplete data influenced data analysis reviewers;
(6) Simultaneous participation of other trial investigators;
(7) Non-compliance with randomisation;
(8) Do not sign informed consent
