Inclusion Criteria
Neonates of gestational age 34-41 weeks delivered through meconium-stained amniotic fluid and non-vigorous at birth. Non-vigorous is defined as(1) absent breathing efforts,(2)heart rate <100/min and (3)poor muscle tone at birth.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Major congenital malformation
2. Chorioamnionitis
