2.OSDI>13 with
3.Corneal staining score >=3
Exclusion Criteria
1.Allergic to diacerein
2.Use Cyclosporin within 30 days
3.Eyelid problem
4.Change artificial tear while in the study
5.Pregnancy or breast feeding

Name Time Method Corneal staining score At the time of enrollment and after 2 months Stain Cornea with Fluorescine, count and score staining at the cornea
