1.Group 1- Females undergoing caesarean section under neuraxial blockade. While the clinical airway predictors will be assessed in pre or immediate postoperative period, sonographic predictors will be assessed within two hours of caesarean section.
2.Group 2- Non-pregnant females
1.Known tongue, oropharyngeal, laryngeal, or head and neck cancers, tumors, or anatomy-altering conditions
2.Any notable swelling, scarring, cysts; ongoing infections in the mouth, head, or neck
3.Past history of oral or head and neck surgical procedures
4.Past history of burns or radiotherapy of the head and neck region
5.Pregnant women with eclampsia, pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, hypothyroid
6.Known case of hypertension, diabetes, cardiac and renal disease
7.Caesarean section under general anaesthesia- airway manipulation can confound airway assessment parametersâ?? values
8.Refusal or inability to give consent

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.To compare sonography based difficult airway assessment parameters in term pregnant patients with that of non-pregnant patientsTimepoint: assessment of sonographic parameters in post cessarian section within 2 hours of delivary
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Simultaneous comparison of clinical airway predictors between two groups

2.To find a correlation, between established clinical difficult airway predictors with ultrasound parametersTimepoint: group 1: Females undergoing caesarean section under neuraxial blockade. While the clinical airway predictors will be assessed in pre or immediate postoperative period, sonographic predictors will be assessed within two hours of caesarean section.

group 2: non pregnant females will be assessed in preoperative period.
