Inclusion Criteria
Those who have attained menarche.
Clinically diagnosed Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome patients based on Rotterdam diagnostic criteria (2003) will be recruited.
Exclusion Criteria
Females in the age group <18 and >45 years.
Those who have not attained menarche.
Patients diagnosed of suffering from any chronic illness except Diabetes mellitus.
Those who have attained menopause.

Name Time Method This study will help us to identify novel sequence variations that influence susceptibility to Bisphenol A induced Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Genetic variations are population specific and this study can generate exposure biomarker for BPA and PCOS susceptibility.Timepoint: 3 years
