Patients who have undergone knee or hip replacement and agree to participate in the study (20-79)
A patient under the age of 20 and over 80
A patient whose consciousness is not clear enough to express his intention
Patients previously diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis or acute compartment pressure syndrome
Patients with coagulation-related abnormalities in preoperative examinations
Patients with coagulopathy disorder
A patient with a neuromuscular disease
A patient who underwent surgical treatment for bilateral lower extremity disease or trauma
