Inclusion Criteria

1.No regular physical exercise

2.Waist circumference is equal to 88cm

3.Body mass index (BMI) is equal 25

4.Willingness to participate 10 days treatment, follow up and to practice at home for 9 months

Exclusion Criteria

1.Physical impairments that preclude 2.participation in easy yoga exercises

3.Regular physical activity or yoga practice within preceding 3 months

4.Currently following a weight-loss diet or planning to start such a diet within the following 24 weeks

5.Diagnosed psychosis that is being treated with psychopharmaceutical drugs

6.Malignant hypertension (diastolic blood pressure >120 mm Hg)

Diabetes mellitus type 1 or type 2 diabetes requiring insulin

7.Manifest coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary artery embolism, or apoplexy

8.Current participation in other clinical studies or planning to enter into a study within the following 24 weeks

9.Pregnancy or breastfeeding period
