-18-65 year old
-informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

- Age <18 or >65 year
- History of -or current cardiovascular disease
- Any known haematological disorder
- Any known metabolic disorder (i.e. diabetes, metabolic syndrome)
- Use of antihypertensive drugs and/or thrombolytic drugs
- Smoking
- Absence of written informed consent
