Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA physical classification I \& II paediatric patients undergoing short elective surgeries up to 2 hours duration under general anaesthesia using I\-gel supraglottic airway.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Paediatric patients with reactive airway, anticipated difficult airway, risk of aspiration, overweight ( Body\-mass index at or above 95th percentile), underweight (Body\-mass index at or below 5th percentile), history of seizure disorder, psychiatric disorder, increased intracranial or intraocular pressure, contraindications for propofol and ketamine will be excluded from study.
