Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\-Female participants aged 20\-50 years
  • •\-have the risk of nonspecific neck pain
  • •\-use the computer in daily \> 4 hours in daily
  • •\-conducted physical examination with pain in palpation of the lateral epicondyle and positive pain in resisted movements against wrist extension related to forceful activities.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •pregnant, present pain above 6/10 of VAS within last 3 months, present sign and symptom of neurological and spine problem of the neck, have signed of psychological disorders, have chronic diseases which that were limited to exercise.
