Inclusion Criteria

The inclusion criteria are : olders adults (ages 60 -80 years)with osteoporosis (bone densitometry) ; Previously trips or falls ; medical statement for exercise ( cardiologist) and no participating in other activities

Exclusion Criteria

Neurological disease; Epilepsy; Cognitive deficit; Severe visual impairment; Circulatory diseases; Amputation or use of lower limb prosthesis (MMII); History of recent fracture in lower limbs; Hernia, discopathy or severe spondylosis and neoplasia.

Risk of falls and self-efficacy for falls was assessed by the risk of falls through the Brazilian version of falls efficacy (FES); the Functional Reach Test (TAF) to infer about risk of falls; ;Quality of life improvement, assessed by WHOQOL -OLD in each domain of the applied test;
