Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria are : olders adults (ages 60 -80 years)with osteoporosis (bone densitometry) ; Previously trips or falls ; medical statement for exercise ( cardiologist) and no participating in other activities
Exclusion Criteria
Neurological disease; Epilepsy; Cognitive deficit; Severe visual impairment; Circulatory diseases; Amputation or use of lower limb prosthesis (MMII); History of recent fracture in lower limbs; Hernia, discopathy or severe spondylosis and neoplasia.

Name Time Method Risk of falls and self-efficacy for falls was assessed by the risk of falls through the Brazilian version of falls efficacy (FES); the Functional Reach Test (TAF) to infer about risk of falls; ;Quality of life improvement, assessed by WHOQOL -OLD in each domain of the applied test;

Name Time Method Improvement of functional capacity through the 6-minute Walk Test (6MWT) with distance data;<br><br><br>;Lower limb strength outcome, which will be assessed by the 1-Repetition Maximum Test for quadriceps strength;<br><br>;Balance assessed with the Biodex Balance System Platform (BBS)<br><br>;Global perception of change and satisfaction with treatment / protocol administered through the Patient Global Impression of Change Scale (PGIC)
