Inclusion Criteria
Age 60 and 100 years
No, mild or moderate dementia
Functional deficits of the musculoskeletal system
Exclusion Criteria
Disability to walk without any staff assistance
Severe dementia with a score of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) less than 12 points
Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic Blood pressure (BP)> 180 mmHg and/or diastolic BP >100 mmHg),
COPD III-IV
Decompensated heart failure (NYHA III-IV)
Previous intracerebral bleeding.
