Inclusion Criteria
The target group are 63 adolescents and young adults with a somatoform disorder and 63 adolescents and young adults from the normal population. Inclusion criteria are age 13- 30. A total IQ above 80 and informed consent of adolescents, their parents and the young adults.
Exclusion Criteria
A current addiction to drugs or a psychosis.
A total IQ below 80.

Name Time Method <p>The primary parameter in this study is negative or threatening interpretation<br /><br>bias. This will be measured with an questionnaire on interpretation bias on<br /><br>pain- and health related information.</p><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>Furthermore information will be gathered on anxiety and depressive complaints<br /><br>as comorbide complaints, pain-cognition, medical en psychological history,<br /><br>level of IQ, education level, ethnicity and remaining problem areas.</p><br>
