Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with an ejection fraction of 35\-55% undergoing on\-pump open\-heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass time less than 120 minutes
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. NYHA grade 4
- •3\. Presence of severe pulmonary disease
- •4\. Presence of hepatic/renal disease
- •5\. Presence of neurological disease
