  • •1\.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA)

  • •2\.Age 18 to 60 yrs.
  • •3\.Body mass index \< 30 kg/m2
  • •4\.Patients scheduled to undergo elective
  • •laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general
  • •anaesthesia lasting up to 120 minutes of

  • •1\.Patient refusal
  • •2\.Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to local anaesthetics
  • •3\.ASA physical status Ð?Ð?Ð? and Ð?V
  • •4\.Patients with Diabetes Mellitus
  • •5\.Immunocompromised patients
  • •6\.Local site infection
  • •7\.Bleeding diathesis
  • •8\.Patients with chronic pain conditions
