入选标准
- •1. Aged 18-65 years
- •2. ASA I-II patients scheduled for endoscopic micro-laryngeal laser surgery
排除标准
- •1. Patients with stridor,
- •2. Patients on chronic antitussive medications for diseases other than the larynx
- •3. Psychiatric patients on medication
- •4. ASA III & IV
- •5. patients with coagulation disorder
- •6. Patients on analgesics or beta-blockers,
- •7. Patients with hypersensitivity to the study drug
- •8. Mallampati classification III and IV and
- •9. Patients requiring more than one attempt for endotracheal intubation.
