Inclusion Criteria
Adults above 50 years and suffering from symptomatic comparable bilateral osteoarthritis knee and undergoing simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with inflammatory arthritis of the knee joint.
2.Patients with post-traumatic arthritis.
3.Patients with spinal, hip or neurological issues affecting gait or stability.
4.Patients with posterior laxity.
5.Patients undergoing simultaneous hip and knee arthroplasty.
6.Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
7.Patients with severe deformities
