1. Men and women aged 20 to 49
2. Capable of deciding to participate in this clinical trial and of signing the subject consent or having a guardian sign
3. Can be tracked and observed during the clinical trial
4. Meet the washout conditions and agree to comply with the restrictive conditions during the clinical trial.
5. In the case of those who have ingested health food products that contain ginseng properties, including ginseng and red ginseng, those who agree to participate in the restrictive conditions after undergoing a seven-day washout period.
1. Current use of prescription medication (e.g. hypoglycemic, antihypertensive, hyperlipidemic, antithyroidal, menopausal, steroid hormone, or herbal drugs)
2. Diagnosis of cardiovascular, endocrine, or immune disease within the last three months
3. Pregnancy, breast-feeding, or intent to become pregnant during the trial
4. serious medical or psychiatric condition making participation in the trial unsuitable
5. current use of a ginseng-containing product or having used a ginseng product within the last three months
