Inclusion Criteria

Being 18 years of age or older. Both genders. Being the main informal caregiver for elderly people with dementia. Being an informal caregiver for an elderly person with dementia for at least one year. Have access to a smartphone and internet and know how to use a messaging app

Exclusion Criteria

Have difficulty communicating, listening and understanding the questions asked by the researcher
