Inclusion Criteria

1. ASA I patients

2. Wilkes class III, IV - Anterior disc displacement without reduction

confirmed with MRI

3. Patients in whom conservative therapy has failed

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with symptoms relieved by non-invasive conservative approaches.

2. Age < 18 years or > 70 years

3. Intraoperative finding of disc perforation
