1. Mandibular premolar teeth indicated for extraction are included
2. Mandibular molar teeth indicated for extraction are included
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant And Lactating Women
2. Smokers
3. Uncontrolled Diabetes
4. History Of Bisphosphonate Drug Use
5. Poor oral Hygiene
6. Autoimmune Diseases
7. Periapical Pathologies
8. Osteoarthritis

Name Time Method 1.Width of keratinized gingiva <br/ ><br>2.Healing index(Landry Healing Index) <br/ ><br>3.Vertical bone height <br/ ><br>4. Horizontal bone width <br/ ><br>5. Bone densityTimepoint: 1. Width of keratinized gingiva will be recorded in millimeters at 0th day & at 6 months <br/ ><br>2. Radiographic parameters like <br/ ><br>Vertical bone height, Horizontal bone width & bone density will be measured at 0th day & at 6 months using CBCT. <br/ ><br>3. Healing index will assessed at 1st week.
