- •Age over 18 years; for patients: molecular diagnosis of CBS deficiency
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with gastric, hepatic or kidney disease; smoking; illicit drug users;Acetaminophen or N\-acetylcysteine hypersensitivity.
