Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Adult patients who consented to participate in the study and signed agreement to have the treatment
- •2\.Patients above age 18 up to 60 years,
- •3\.Patients under ASA class I and II requiring dental procedures requiring administration of local anesthesia who need to be administered local anesthetic agent for dental therapeutic reasons will be selected for the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients under ASA class III or VI medical history
- •2\.Younger than 18 years of age
- •3\.Pregnant or nursing
- •4\.Analgesic taken within the past 4 hours
- •5\.History of allergy to local anesthetics
- •6\.Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus
- •7\.Currently taking opioids, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants,
- •8\.History of opioid addiction or abuse
- •9\.Subjects who are uncooperative
