入选标准
- •1.Adult patients who consented to participate in the study and signed agreement to have the treatment
- •2.Patients above age 18 up to 60 years,
- •3.Patients under ASA class I and II requiring dental procedures requiring administration of local anesthesia who need to be administered local anesthetic agent for dental therapeutic reasons will be selected for the study
排除标准
- •1.Patients under ASA class III or VI medical history
- •2.Younger than 18 years of age
- •3.Pregnant or nursing
- •4.Analgesic taken within the past 4 hours
- •5.History of allergy to local anesthetics
- •6.Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus
- •7.Currently taking opioids, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants,
- •8.History of opioid addiction or abuse
- •9.Subjects who are uncooperative
