Inclusion Criteria
Subjects with fully erupted teeth subjects requiring extraction first premolars as a part of orthodontic treatment.
Subjects with <=4mm initial overjet.
Subjects with clinically healthy periodontium, Non-smokers
Exclusion Criteria
Long- term use of anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, systemic corticosteroids and calcium channel blockers etc.
Subjects with known systemic disease.
Presence of craniofacial syndrome cleft palate and cleft lip or previous dentofacial trauma.
Pregnant & lactating women.
