入选标准
- •Individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes of both sexes; from 40 to 60 years of age; who do not exercise vigorously at maximal and frequency greater than or equal to three times a week and who agree to participate in the study and sign the term of free and informed consent.
排除标准
- •Individuals with a history of clinically proven cardiopathy or examination; uncontrolled arterial hypertension; musculoskeletal or respiratory disorders; cognitive disturbances that prevent the understanding of the experimental procedure; pregnant women; smokers; alcoholics or users of non-licit drugs.
