Inclusion Criteria
1.age 20-40 years
2.healthy and were health care worker in the department of anesthesiology, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
1.cardiac, pulmonary, upper respiratory tract disease
2.smoking
3.obesity (BMI > 35)
4.facial anomalies
5.abnormal dentition
have beards or moustaches
6.cooperate poorly
