Premature babies hospitalized 26-33 weeks were included in the study. mothers being able to read and write, attending the neonatal intensive care unit to take care of the baby, not participating in similar programs were included.
Babies taking painkillers and sleeping pills, babies with grade 2 and higher intraventricular hemorrhages, babies with congenital abnormalities in the abdomen or spine, babies with neuromuscular defects were excluded from the study.Mothers with addictions, confirmed mental illnesses taking medication , inability to cooperate were excluded.
