- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Wound epithelialization time. Timepoint: Wound epithelialization time will be measured daily since the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Wound epithelialization time will be measured by inspection by one expert surgeon.;The final cost. Timepoint: At the end of intervention. Method of measurement: The final cost will be measured at the end of the intervention on RLS.;Donor site infection. Timepoint: Donor site infection will be measured daily since the start of intervention. Method of measurement: Donor site infection will be measured by wound appearance (erythema, warmth and pussy exudates), smear and culture.;Pain at the time of dressing change. Timepoint: At the time of dressing change. Method of measurement: Pain at the time of dressing change will be measured by the pain reported by patient (given a score between 0 and 10).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Scar. Timepoint: One month after hospital discharge. Method of measurement: Scar of graft donor site wound will be measured by Vancouver Scar Scale. The scale is based on four values: pliability, height, vascularity and pigmentation. The four categories are given a score between 0 and 4. The scale will be evaluated by a surgeon and a nurse who do not know the type of dressing one month after discharge from the hospital.
