- •1. Implantation of a test lead for dorsal root ganglion stimulation trial.
- •2. Pain intensity of more than 5 on visual analog scale for more than 3 months.
- •3. The patient has the ability to read, understand and give information reliably as required by the protocol.

- •1. Patients with another pain disorder, which could influence the study results
- •2. Adults unable to give consent
