入选标准
- •1.lumbosacral radicular pain with dermatomal pattern of pain distribution
- •2. Duration of pain > 3 months
- •3. MRI confirms level and extent of nerve root impingement with disc herniation
排除标准
- •patient refusal
- •history of previous spine surgery or soine injury
- •local site infection
- •pregnancy, breast feeding
- •severe systemic diseases
- •other inflammatory neurological conditions, autoimmune diseases
- •cauda equina syndrome
- •coagulopathy, on anticoagulants
- •any spinal deformity or fracture or raised intracranial pressure
- •psychiatric or cognitive illness
- •alcohol or drug abuse
- •red flag sign
