Inclusion Criteria

1.Clinical chronic rhinitis [runny nose, nasal stuffiness, sneezing]
2.Age 18 yr old and above
3.Negative SPT or IDT or serum specific IgE

Exclusion Criteria

.1.Previous use
-antihistamines and/or vasoconstrictors within a week
-intranasal corticosteroid within a month
-systemic corticosteroid within 3 months
2.unstable systemic disease
3.pregnant or lactating women
4.undergone nasal surgery within the previous 3 months
5.chronic rhinosinusitis and/or nasal polyps (confirmed by rigid endoscopy, paranasal x ray, and/or computed tomography)
6.exposed to chemical irritants or cigarette smoke
7. Respiratory tract infection within 4 wks
