Inclusion Criteria
- •Childrens who are willing to participate in the study
- •Children with age group of 11\-15
- •BMI Z score equal to or greater than the 85th percentile and below the 95th percentile
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cardiac diseases
- •Respiratory diseases
- •Congenital problems in upper or lower limb
- •Metabolic syndromes like Diabetes
- •Regular exercise
