入排标准
入选标准
- •All adult patients presenting with isolated chest trauma being admitted in Level 1 Trauma Centre.
- •Age between 18 and 65 years.
- •Directly admitted or referred from other hospital within 24 hours of injury.
- •Age matched healthy siblings / nearest blood relatives of the patient for the control group.
排除标准
- •Patients with age >65 years and age <18 years
- •Pregnant females.
- •Obese (BMI >35)
- •Patients having prior organ dysfunction, history of cancer or other co-morbid conditions like Diabetes Mellitus, cardio-pulmonary ailments and metabolic disorders.
- •Patients with hematuria or anuria at initial presentation.
