- •1. Parturient
- •2. who are undergoing caesarean section under general anaesthesia
- •3. those who are requiring endotracheal tube insertion.
排除标准
- •1.Obese gravida with BMI > 35kg/m2
- •2. Patients receiving labour analgesia
- •3.patients with preexisting airway abnormalities
- •4. MMP Grade IV at first assessment
- •5. patients in which oesophagus could not be visualized in the initial assessment
