- •Patients above 12 years of age undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anaesthesia
- •ASA I and II
排除标准
- •Patients requiring RSII
- •Anticipated difficult airway and difficult mask ventilation
- •Patients at risk of aspiration like GERD, morbid obesity, pregnancy
- •Patients who need nasogastric tube
- •Patients having orophayngeal mass or facial abnormality precluding face mask ventilation
- •Patients having any gastric mass or pathology
- •Patients having any esophageal carcinoma or pathology
