- •Healthy volunteers
- •- minimum age of 50 years (which is the minimum age in the Lifelines/ImaLife
- •population);
- •- willingness to cooperate and sign written informed consent;
- •- no prior history of neurologic or significant psychiatric illness.
- •- minimum age of 50 years
- •- diagnosis of MCI or A.D.
- •- People with AD diagnosis: MMSE score between 18 - 26
- •- willingness to cooperate and sign written informed consent;
- •- no prior history of significant psychiatric illness or cardiovascular
排除标准
- •- a diagnosis of vascular disorder;
- •- (other) neurological conditions;
- •- contra-indications for MRI scanning (e.g., metal implants, claustrophobia,
- •cardiac pacemaker, brain surgery);
- •- absence of signed informed consent form;
- •- the refusal to be informed about an unforeseen clinical finding.
